Refund policy
SECTION 1 – GENERAL POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. No returns or exchanges are offered for items delivered in the best of condition.
SECTION 2 – ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
• An unboxing video is mandatory. Requests without it will not be accepted.
• The item must be damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
• As all product details and measurements are clearly provided, returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, size or fit concerns, or incorrect item selection are not accepted.
• Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
SECTION 3 – CANCELLATIONS AND PROCESSING TIME
Before placing an order, customers must review our Processing and Shipping Policy.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to our Processing and Shipping Policy, and acknowledges that cancellations or refunds will not be granted for delays arising from unreviewed or misunderstood processing timelines, for both domestic and international orders.
SECTION 4 – HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, you must contact us at:

Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the item. Depending on your location:
• We may arrange a return pickup (no shipping label required), or
• You may be asked to ship the item to a provided address at your own cost.
Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

SECTION 5 – DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order and provide an unboxing video.
If the product is delivered in error (for example, does not match the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, we will re-fulfill your order upon verification.
SECTION 6 – EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges for change of mind or incorrect item selection.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow the return process described above. Once verified and approved, we will re-fulfill your order. You may place a new separate order for any other items.
SECTION 7 – EUROPEAN UNION: 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Conditions for EU returns:
• Item must be in the same condition as received
• Unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging
• Must include the receipt or proof of purchase
SECTION 8 – REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method or to a bank account of your choice
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded
Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
