Shipping policy

SECTION 1 – PROCESSING TIMES
Each item is carefully made to order. Please allow up to 10 days for processing, quality checks, and secure packaging before shipment.
Processing time is separate from the courier’s delivery time.
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

SECTION 2 – DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
We ship across India using trusted courier partners through Shiprocket.
Estimated delivery timelines will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
Delivery timelines shown by couriers are estimates only and may vary.

SECTION 3 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 20–25 business days.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance, destination processing, and local courier performance.

SECTION 4 – ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates are managed by the courier and may be delayed during scans or transit.
Arts of Devotion is not responsible for tracking delays caused by courier systems.

SECTION 5 – DELIVERY
Delivery timelines depend on your shipping option and location.
We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by courier companies or government agencies
• Delays due to weather, natural events, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances
• Courier attempt failures or delays beyond our control

We recommend providing a shipping address where someone will be available during business hours.
If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available, the courier may apply additional fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

SECTION 6 – INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Arts of Devotion is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Incomplete address
• Wrong phone number
• Failure to update the address before dispatch

If a package is returned due to address issues, reshipping charges will apply.

SECTION 7 – LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order is handed over to the courier, Arts of Devotion is not liable for loss, theft, damage in transit, or delays.
Customers must raise claims directly with the courier.
We will assist by providing the required shipment details.

SECTION 8 – REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is refused at delivery or not collected from the courier, it will be returned to us.
Refunds (if applicable) will exclude:
• Original shipping charges
• Return courier charges
• Processing or handling fees

Custom-made or personalised orders are not eligible for refunds if refused or unclaimed.
