Panchamukhi Hanuman

This project began with an existing Panchamukhi Hanuman design from our catalogue, selected by the customer and scaled up to their required dimensions. The brief called for full enamel work, similar to the Ramkatha Hanuman style of finishing. With the design already finalised, work began directly on execution.

Casting & Resizing

Scaling a design is not as straightforward as increasing its dimensions — the walls scale proportionally as well, causing the pendant's weight to exponentially increase. The hollowing therefore had to be specifically reworked for the new size. We directly 3D RPT print on technology sourced from Germany, ensuring all details are preserved from the digital model to physical piece. The piece was cast in 92.5 Sterling Silver via pressure casting, which forces the molten silver into every cavity of the cast, producing a clean result with no porosity.

Final Enamel

Each of the five faces of Panchamukhi Hanuman were hand-painted in enamel. Applying colour across five unique faces on a single pendant requires a level of precision that cannot be rushed — each layer is applied by hand and fired separately before the next is added. The result is a finish that is extremely consistent in quality across the entire piece.
